We embarked on a radical redesign of an existing website site to improve the navigation which had become cluttered and unintuitive and improve the ways in which users discover new services. The makeover emphasizes the nature of the brand more effectively and the sophisticated but simple content management system has radically reduced the time needed for making updates to the website. A greater emphasis on landing pages, additional forms and clear signposting for help and response are successfully driving higher enquiry levels.
